LONG STORY SHORT

I redesigned a Stripe payment experience processing $21M everyday

This summer, I joined Stripe as a Product Design Intern, shipping a full redesign of Manually Entered Card Payments, a merchant-facing workflow serving 60, 000+ monthly users.

I partnered with engineering, product, user research, and content design to uncover high-impact opportunities and shape solutions around user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Key contributions include:

Scoped an ambiguous problem space by analyzing recurring support issues, mapping existing friction, and defining the merchant journey.

Owned an end-to-end research study with six interviews, translating user feedback into improvements across the product experience.

Built interactive prototypes and modular components to rapidly explore concepts, align with XFN partners, and accelerate implementation.
